The rules that keep Raiden a good place for everyone.
Raiden is operated by Havok Holdings LLC. These Terms form an agreement between you and Havok Holdings LLC ("Raiden", "we", "us"). By using Raiden you accept these Terms.
You must be 13 years of age or older to use Raiden. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to game any system is not allowed. Impersonating another person, public figure, or brand is prohibited.
You own everything you post. By posting on Raiden you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You can delete your content at any time from within the app, and we will remove it from public view immediately.
Ad revenue that accrues to your account is a charitable balance, not personal income — it can only be directed to a verified charity, never withdrawn as cash. Charity donations are irrevocable once directed; we cannot reverse a completed donation. Raiden is a technology platform, not a money transmitter or financial institution.
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. You can delete your own account at any time from Edit Profile — your posts, comments, messages, and social graph will be removed immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll note the date of the last update below. Continuing to use Raiden after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with an update, you may delete your account.
